GREENY SENICA RESORT

This residential complex with 15 residential units in the area of Senica is planned as a project of a residential complex with terraced houses in the residential zone of the town of Senica, part of Sotiná, Mlyny, within the classification of mass housing construction in the town’s land use plan.

This residential complex covers a total area of 10 598 m2 and is surrounded by greenery, a meander and a cycle path and is also adjacent to a lucrative newly built housing district, sports facilities of various uses (football, tennis, swimming pool, etc.), an existing cycle path and is connected by a communication with the main road.

The intention of the project is to create the character of resort housing in the core of the village, providing sufficient background for the comfort of living in the greenery and at the same time space near the complete infrastructure of the district town, located in the axis of the urban agglomeration of the Bratislava – Trnava region, which is one of the largest urbanized areas in Slovakia.

Another bonus of the location is the very close proximity (11 km) of the golf resort PENATI GOLF RESORT, Šajdíkove Humence (member of the WORLD OF LEADING GOLF, an association of Europe’s top golf resorts).

The development and construction of the resort-style residential development is divided into three sets of detached terraced houses, with a protected access via a ramp. Each of the 15 terraced houses has gardens set to the front and rear of the site, separate parking spaces and a share of the common parts and roads of the private resort.

Residential architecture is the result of combining design and expression to create the ultimate functional and flexible space with a distinct and clearly defined appearance.

Marianka Family House

The project is at the stage of architectural study verification. The architectural design of the new building of the family house called Marianka Family House has been processed so that the urban and shape solution is based on the local conditions given by the zoning plan and the conditions given by the client and the builder.

The subject of the solution is a plot with a total area of 859 m2. The proposal itself contemplates a family house, which is defined by two floors. The ground floor is made up of living rooms, social and technical facilities. The floor of the first floor creates space for a night zone and a study. The project also includes a separate garage building located in front of the property with direct connection to the public access road and due to the sloping terrain is partially recessed and forms part of the stepped terraces.
